Last updated: October 2025

At reasn (P&A Ventures London LTD), we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We fully support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are dedicated to ensuring that slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking have no place within our operations or supply chains.

Our Commitment

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our goal is to work only with suppliers and partners who share our values around transparency, respect for human rights, and fair working conditions.

Supply Chain & Due Diligence

reasn works with carefully selected suppliers, manufacturers, and partners across the UK and internationally. We conduct due diligence to assess potential risks within our supply chain and expect our suppliers to adhere to all applicable labour and employment laws.

As part of this process, we reference our Sedex membership and supplier data. Sedex provides a global platform for sharing ethical and responsible sourcing data, which helps us monitor compliance and improve visibility across our supply chain.

Policies & Training

Our internal policies and supplier standards reinforce our commitment to ethical conduct, responsible sourcing, and fair treatment. We aim to increase awareness among employees and partners about identifying and reporting any concerns related to modern slavery.

Continuous Improvement

We recognise that tackling modern slavery is an ongoing effort. reasn will continue to review and strengthen our policies, supplier assessments, and partnerships to ensure high ethical standards across every aspect of our business.
