Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK & Europe. We’re working on expanding further in the future.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as it's on it's way to you.

How long does delivery take?

Orders with Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-5 working days. If you selected 1-2  Priority Service (RM Tracked 24), your order will arrive in 1-2 working days. Ireland may take slightly longer. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or sales.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves us, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received one after a few days, email us and we’ll check for you.

My order hasn’t arrived - what do I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 working days (Priority) or 3-5 days (Standard), please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Order Enquiries

Can I make changes to my order once it’s placed?

We move quickly to pack and dispatch orders, so we’re usually unable to make changes once your order has been confirmed. This includes changes to items, sizes, shipping address or cancellations.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email - did my order go through?

Check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you still can’t find it and you’ve been charged, email us with your full name and any details you have. We’ll sort it out.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number will be in your confirmation email. It usually starts with REASN followed by numbers (e.g. REASN10342).

Returns & Refunds

What’s your returns policy?

We accept returns within 21 days of your delivery date - you can request returns here. Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to post your items.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags still attached.

How do I start a return?

You can start a return via our portal (click here).

When will I get my refund?

By using our returns portal, you can choose to get store credit, plus 10% extra to spend, or refund. Once we’ve received your return your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We’re sorry! Please visit our returns portal (here) to return your item and and add clear photos of the fault so we can fix things quickly.

Will you restock sold-out items?

We'll try our best to restock your favourites. Join reasn rewards, sign up to be notified via the desired product page to be the first to know when something’s back in stock.

Can I get notified when an item is restocked?

Yes! You can sign up on to receive restock notifications. Keep an eye on your emails and our store.
