Right of Withdrawal - EU Customers

If you are shopping with reasn from the EU, you have the right to change your mind. Within 14 days of receiving your order you can withdraw from your purchase, no reason needed. It is your statutory right of withdrawal, and it works much like a normal return: send your pieces back and we will refund you.

Your 14-day right

You have 14 days to withdraw. The 14 days begin on the day you, or someone you have nominated, receive your order. If it arrives in more than one parcel, they begin when you receive the last item. You do not need to give a reason. To withdraw in time, you only need to let us know before the 14 days are up, even if your message reaches us on the final day.

When the right does not apply

Almost everything we sell is covered. The only exceptions are items we cannot resell for hygiene reasons once they have been opened or worn: swimwear and underwear once any hygiene seal or protective strip has been removed, and gift cards. All of our ready-to-wear is covered.

How to withdraw

The easiest way is the "EU Withdrawal" function on our site. Two steps: first, tell us you would like to withdraw, with your name, your order details and an email address we can reach you on; then confirm your withdrawal. As soon as you confirm, we will email to acknowledge your request, including its details and the date and time we received it, so you have a record. You can also withdraw by emailing customercare@reasn.com, or by completing the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. The on-site function is quickest.

If your order is already on its way

We pack and dispatch quickly, often within a couple of hours of you ordering, so once an order is placed we usually cannot stop it before it ships. If your order has already been dispatched when you withdraw, that is not a problem and your right is unaffected. You simply return your order to us, or decline delivery, and we will refund you once we have your pieces back or you have shown that you have sent them.

Returning your pieces

If you have already received your order, please send it back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw. The easiest way is through our returns portal HERE, using your order number and email address. No account needed. Please return your pieces unworn, with tags still attached and in their original condition. You are welcome to try things on as you would in a fitting room. Items that have been worn, washed, marked with make-up, fake tan or scent, or had their tags removed may have lost value, and we may reduce your refund to reflect that. You are responsible for the cost of returning your order.

If it is a question of size or fit

If you love the piece but the size or fit is not right, you might prefer an exchange, which you can also start in the returns portal. Either way, your right to withdraw stands.

Your refund

We will refund you within 14 days of you withdrawing. We may wait until we have received your order back, or until you have shown that you have sent it, whichever is sooner. We refund the price of the goods plus the standard delivery you originally paid. If you chose a faster or upgraded delivery, we refund delivery up to the cost of our standard option, not the upgrade. Refunds go to your original payment method, shown in the currency you paid in, with no fee.

Import duties on EU orders

From 1 July 2026, orders shipped to the EU may include a duty charge of €3 per product type. This covers customs processing when your order is exported and is not refundable if you withdraw or return your order. The price of your pieces and your original standard delivery are refunded as set out above.

Withdrawing from part of an order

You can withdraw from some pieces rather than all of them. The same timings and refund rules apply to the items you withdraw from.
