Returns & Refunds - UK ONLY 

We want you to love every piece you choose from reasn but If something isn’t quite right, our return portal makes it simple to arrange a return. Returns need to be requested within 14 days of delivery.  Please return the item in it's original packaging with all labels. If the item has a security ribbon it must be in tact or the return will not be accepted (unless faulty)

How it works

  1. Visit our Returns Portal here: https://returnsportal.shop/reasn

  2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.

  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return, then choose whether you'd prefer a refund or store credit.

  4. Please note there is a £2.99 charge for any returned order 

Sending your item back

Once you’ve completed the steps, you’ll receive a return label with detailed shipping instructions. Simply repackage your item with care, attach the label and ensure it is over the original delivery address, and drop it at your nearest  Royal Mail location.

After your return

  • Refunds/Credit: Will be processed promptly upon receipt of your return. You’ll receive confirmation by email the moment it’s complete and accepted. Payments should be back into your account with 10 working days of us receiving your item/s. Remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the return if more than 15 days has passed contact customercare@reasn.com


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How it works

  2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.

  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return, then choose whether you'd prefer a refund or store credit.

  4. Select Self Shipping option and follow the instructions. Please ensure on the parcel you manually add the RMA number from the Swap Portal. If this is not added this could delay your return being processed  


Sending your item back

Once you’ve completed the steps,  Simply repackage your item in the original packaging with all labels , tags and security ribbon if applicable, Add your RMA number from The Swap portal so it is visible and address your item to the following Address

It is the senders responsibility to get the item back to the address above

Please note you will need to attach a customs form marked 'Returned goods No Commercial Value.' All carriers will provide this  For your own records please keep proof of postage
